We are proud of the fact that we were able to launch the forums following the many questions and enquiries we receive daily on Cyprus Law and Property issues in general-and these are the main subjects our users will be discussing. If past enquiries received and assistance that we have provided are anything to go by Legalwise is set to become an authority for those who are looking for answers to their legal and property matters.
2. Registration
2.1. Your access and/or registration to the legalpropnet.com forum is conditional upon your acceptance and compliance with the terms, conditions, notices and disclaimers contained in this document (known collectively as the "Terms of Use") and any other notices displayed elsewhere on this Website. The Legalwise Forum will, with your contributions, become a vigorous, independent and constantly evolving place for everyone with an interest in Cyprus Law and property to meet and exchange views and ideas.

5. Acceptable Use Policy
5.1. This policy applies to any and all Contributions to our Website, and to any use you make of the Website.
5.2. We encourage debate and the sharing of information between our issues. However, you must not use our Website or make any Contribution:-
5.2.1 in any way that is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect or
5.2.2 to transmit or send any advertising, solicitations, promotional materials, junk mail, spam, chain letters or pyramid schemes.

5.3.1 contain any material which is or could be defamatory in any way;

5.4.2.10 Give investment advice by way of business or make financial promotions.
5.5. You may not post articles, news items or other content, or links to such items, without permission from the copyright holder.
5.6. You must not knowingly transmit or post any data, send or upload any material that contains viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time-bombs, keystroke loggers, software, hardware or any other harmful programs, files or similar computer code which may adversely affect the operation of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment.
5.7. Contributions (in whole or in part) must:
5.7.1 be accurate (where they state facts);
5.7.2 be genuinely held (where they state opinions); and
5.7.3 comply with applicable law in Cyprus and/or in any country from which they are posted.
5.8. You agree to use the Website for personal and non-commercial purposes only. You may thus not post or transmit advertisements for a solicitations of business in any manner or form.
5.9. We have sole discretion to determine the appropriate action we may take in response to a breach by you of this Acceptable Use Policy.
5.10. We reserve the right (but we are not obliged) to do any or all of the following:
5.10.1 Investigate a claim that any one or more communication does not conform to the terms of use and determine in our sole discretion to remove or request the removal of the communication(s).
5.10.2 Remove without notice communications which in our sole opinion are abusive, illegal, or disruptive, or that otherwise fail to conform with these Terms of use.
5.10.3 Terminate a user's access to post messages to any or all of these areas
5.10.4 Monitor, edit, or disclose any communication in these areas.
5.10.5 Edit or remove any communication(s) posted on our website, regardless of whether such communication(s) breaches these Terms of use or not.
5.11. If you disagree with a decision of a Forum Team member, you should email your appeal to info@legalpropnet.com. You must not use the chat forum to argue any decision of our Forum Team.
5.12. Any decision we make to remove or request the removal of any communication or to terminate or suspend the posting privileges of any user of the chat forms shall be final and binding.
5.13. When former users whose posting privileges have been removed do reregister or otherwise disrupt the Chat Forum, this spoils the Chat Forum and can cause severe distress or disturbance to other users. Dealing with the unwanted posts of former users distracts us from the core purpose of the site and ties up management and technician time.
6. Member Names and User Information
6.1. Legalwise encourages the use of usernames on its Forum rather than your actual name, to protect your privacy.
6.2. Please refrain from choosing offensive usernames and never post a message under another person's name or pretend to be another person. When posting a message on the Legalwise Forum, your username is the only personal information that is displayed. Your real names and email address will never be displayed publicly unless otherwise specified by you.
URGENT NOTE: To avoid spam and unwanted communication you should always exercise judgment when revealing personal information about yourself when posting messages in public forums.

6.3. Should you wish to participate on the Legalwise Forum you will need a username to advise people who you are.
6.4. The username field is compulsory and must be unique. If the name you select is already in use you will be prompted to choose a different one.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Please think carefully when choosing your Legalwise Forum username. As once your chosen username has been submitted you will not be able to change it.
7. Our Content
7.1. All of the content on our site is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by Cyprus and international copyright laws.
